Are Mr. Peanut's carriers airline approved?
Most of our soft-sided carriers are designed to meet major airline cabin requirements. However, we always recommend checking with your specific airline before travel as under-seat dimensions can vary by aircraft.
How do I choose the right size carrier for my pet?
You should measure your pet's length from neck to tail and height from floor to shoulder. Your pet should be able to stand up and turn around comfortably. Please refer to the sizing chart on each product page for weight limits.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on carriers that have been used by a pet or contain pet hair.
How do I clean my Mr. Peanut's carrier?
The faux fleece bedding is machine washable on a gentle cycle. For the exterior nylon and mesh, we recommend spot cleaning with a damp cloth and mild detergent. Do not submerge the structural frame in water.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of the order.
What safety features are included in the carriers?
Our carriers feature self-locking zippers, internal safety leashes, and reinforced mesh to ensure your pet remains secure and contained during transit.
